MP Woś skips prosecution hearings — attorney general seeks forced appearance

Attorney General Waldemar Żurek sent a formal request to Sejm Speaker Włodzimierz Czarzasty seeking permission to detain and forcibly bring in PiS MP Michał Woś for questioning. Woś has repeatedly failed to appear for hearings related to alleged abuse of authority during his time as deputy justice minister. The request coincides with a separate immunity-lifting procedure against the MP.
