Prosecutor Żurek seeks parliament's approval to forcibly bring in PiS MP Woś

Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has submitted a request to the Sejm seeking permission to detain and forcibly bring in PiS MP Michał Woś. Woś has repeatedly failed to appear before prosecutors investigating alleged abuse of power during his time as deputy Justice Minister. The decision now rests with parliament.
