Democratic lawmakers are accusing IRS Commissioner Frank Bisignano of misleading Congress in his testimony. According to the agency's own inspector general, the IRS has shed more than 31,000 employees since January as a result of the Trump administration's government cuts. It is one of the most drastic staffing reductions in the agency's history.
