Polish bishops reject new school health education: "torn from family context"

The Catholic Education Commission of the Polish Bishops' Conference has formally opposed the way the Ministry of National Education introduced health education into the national curriculum. The bishops argue that the sexual education component has been "torn from the context of marriage and family" and is unacceptable. The Church is calling for the approach to be revised.
