Poland Implements EU Data Governance Act — New Rules Now in Force

Poland's Data Governance Act came into force on Thursday, transposing the EU's Data Governance Act (DGA) into national law. The Ministry of Digitisation confirmed the new rules cover the sharing and reuse of data, including data held by public sector bodies. Poland joins other EU member states that have already implemented the regulation.
