Smarter Web Sells 178 Bitcoin at $65,762 Each to Repay $11.7M Debt Early

The Smarter Web Company sold 177.89 BTC at $65,762 per coin to repay a $11.7 million convertible instrument to TOBAM ahead of schedule. The early repayment cancelled a potential issuance of 7.7 million new shares. Management stated that equity conversion was "not currently the right capital solution" for the company.
