Rubio: Iran is 'begging' for a US deal but not ready to commit

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared that Iran is "begging" for a deal with Washington but is not yet ready to make one. Rubio described US policy as "a head for an eye" in response to Iranian aggression. The statement came as US strikes hit Iran for a 12th consecutive night.
