Toheeb Jimoh and Dujonna Gift lead BBC's adaptation of Caleb Azumah Nelson's Open Water

The BBC is adapting Caleb Azumah Nelson's novel Open Water, with Emmy-nominated Ted Lasso star Toheeb Jimoh playing Marcus and Snow White actress Dujonna Gift playing Effie. Marcus works in retail while pursuing photography, while Effie is a dance student at a university in Dublin. The two meet and immediately form a close bond.
