Philippines accuse Chinese coast guard of water cannon attack in South China Sea

The Philippines have accused China's coast guard of firing water cannons and making dangerous manoeuvres against a civilian supply vessel near Scarborough Shoal in the South China Sea. The targeted ship was delivering food and fuel to local fishermen as part of a humanitarian mission.
