Lavrov tells Rubio arms deliveries to Ukraine are "unacceptable"

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in the Philippines. During the half-hour meeting, Lavrov called Western arms deliveries to Ukraine "unacceptable." The two sides also discussed the state of US-Russia relations, and Moscow issued an official statement after the talks.
