Prosecutors drop case against doctor who treated 23 patients with 2.5 promille blood alcohol

Prosecutors have dropped an investigation into a doctor from Pułtusk who treated 23 patients while on overnight duty with a blood alcohol level exceeding 2.5 promille. The decision to close the case without charges has proven controversial.
