Norberto Bruno Worobeizyk, a 78-year-old Argentine, taught himself artificial intelligence through online courses and YouTube videos and went on to become a sales director at an Argentine tech company. He argues that AI will not exclude older workers; on the contrary, it could make the experience of people over 60 especially valuable in the job market.
