Schetyna: Tax-free allowance will rise in stages, not necessarily straight to 60,000 PLN

KO Senator Grzegorz Schetyna confirmed the government will fulfil its pledge to raise the tax-free allowance from 30,000 to 60,000 PLN before the end of its term. Due to the current budget situation, the increase will be phased in several steps rather than implemented all at once. The rise is expected to begin as early as next year.
