Drunk Belarusian Driver Without a Licence Caught Racing Through Białystok

A 37-year-old Belarusian man drove drunk through the streets of Białystok, violating traffic laws throughout the journey. Police filmed the entire incident from a patrol car following behind. After being stopped, it emerged the man had no valid driving licence. He now faces up to three years in prison.
