KO Pledges to Raise Tax-Free Allowance to 60,000 PLN Before Term Ends

KO Senator Grzegorz Schetyna has announced that the ruling coalition will fulfil its promise to raise the tax-free allowance from 30,000 PLN to 60,000 PLN before the current parliamentary term ends. Due to the current budgetary situation, the increase will be phased in gradually across several steps. Schetyna did not specify the exact timeline or the size of individual increments.
