Gdańsk: Youths Drinking and Using Drugs at Playground Beat Man with Wrench
Residents of the Górny Wrzeszcz neighbourhood in Gdańsk have been plagued by a group of young people drinking alcohol and using drugs near their apartment building. A man named Rafał, who confronted the group, was brutally beaten with a wrench. Repeated police interventions have failed to resolve the problem, according to Gazeta Wyborcza.
