EU reaches unanimity on 21st Russia sanctions package

EU ambassadors unanimously approved the 21st sanctions package against Russia, Reuters reported. The package includes a 12-month extension of the oil price cap freeze. Implementation procedures were set to begin in the afternoon hours.
