Rubio meets Lavrov in Manila in US push to end Ukraine war

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Manila as part of Washington's push to help broker an end to the war in Ukraine. Lavrov appeared to mock reporters on the sidelines of the meeting.
