UniCredit could complete Commerzbank takeover in Q4 2025
UniCredit CEO Andrea Orcel told CNBC that the Italian bank could "potentially" complete a full acquisition of Commerzbank in the fourth quarter of this year. The deal would be one of the largest banking takeovers in Europe in years. Orcel did not rule out delays.
