EU ambassadors unanimously approve 21st Russia sanctions package

EU ambassadors reached unanimous agreement on the 21st package of sanctions against Russia, ending a dispute between several member states. The implementation procedure was set to begin in the afternoon. The package includes a 12-month freeze on the oil price cap.
