Rubio and Lavrov meet in Manila for 30-minute talks on Ukraine war

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Manila on Thursday. The talks lasted approximately 30 minutes and covered, among other topics, the ongoing war in Ukraine. A photograph of the meeting has been released.
