"Two Towers" case dropped: Birgfellner wrongly believed Kaczyński had decision-making power

Polish prosecutors dropped the "Two Towers" investigation, citing the conclusion that Gerald Birgfellner held a "subjective mistaken belief" that Jarosław Kaczyński was the decision-maker at the Srebrna company. The justification was revealed by Gazeta Wyborcza. The case concerned a planned skyscraper development in Warsaw linked to the PiS party.
