Mexican mayor shot dead inside city hall in Morelos state
Valentin Lavin Romero, the mayor of Temoac in central Mexico's Morelos state, was shot dead on Wednesday inside the city hall where he worked. The attackers arrived on a motorcycle. Local media confirmed the killing, citing the state prosecutor's office and police sources.
