Flat prices accelerating, but smaller Polish cities still offer discounts
According to Otodom Analytics, asking prices for second-hand flats have risen most sharply over the past year in smaller cities such as Włocławek, Tarnów, Kalisz and Olsztyn. At the same time, it is precisely these smaller markets — not Warsaw, Kraków or Wrocław — where buyers are most likely to find genuine price reductions from sellers. Overall price dynamics across Poland are picking up pace, though the market remains regionally uneven.
