Nexstar accused of violating court injunction by appointing Tegna board members

A coalition of 13 state attorneys general and DirecTV on Wednesday accused Nexstar of violating a court injunction by appointing members of Tegna's board of directors. In April, a court ordered both TV station groups to halt their integration and maintain independent operations pending an antitrust trial. Nexstar's appointment of the Tegna board is alleged to breach that order.
