Rezvani Dune: 800hp Off-Road V10 Supercar Based on Lamborghini Huracan

Rezvani’s Dune appears to be a heavily reworked Lamborghini Huracan.

A supercharged V10 promises to send up to 800 hp to all four wheels.

Just seven will be built, with a refundable deposit to reserve one.

Rezvani Motors , known for rebodying vehicles with kits that appear perfectly suited for a child’s toybox , has revealed what it calls an entirely new category of supercar. Meet the Dune, a heavily restyled, retuned, and otherwise modified machine that appears to be based on a Lamborghini Huracan. Sure, the Huracan and its off-road Sterrato variant might be long-since out of production, but this thing is ‘new’ and can go far further than that ‘old’ Italian car ever could’ve dreamt of.

The California company’s latest creation is limited to just seven examples worldwide. Granted, calling seven hand-built cars “production” requires a fairly generous definition of the word. Power comes from a supercharged 5.2-liter V10 producing up to 800 hp (597 kW).

Rezvani says it co-developed the forced-induction system with VF Engineering and pairs it with an all-wheel-drive system designed to tackle everything from pavement to sand dunes. If anybody knows how to tune Lamborghinis, it’s VF. The brand is well-known in the supercar world for serious hardware upgrades that produce four-figure horsepower.

Unlike Lamborghini’s own Huracan Sterrato, however, the Dune pushes the concept much further. Rezvani claims it features a purpose-built suspension with a 4.5-inch lift, which grows to approximately 6 inches over a standard Huracan once the larger off-road tires are fitted. The company also says the chassis has been extensively modified to cope with the additional ride height, larger tires, and extra power.

Visually, nearly every exterior panel has been replaced with bespoke carbon fiber bodywork. Massive fender flares, a redesigned front fascia, increased ground clearance, and chunky all-terrain tires make it look more Baja racer than Italian exotic.

Whether the images depict an actual prototype or polished digital renderings is unclear, but either way the proportions work remarkably well. The cabin is what gives this away as what is likely a Lamborghini . It appears almost unchanged from a standard Huracan save for swapping in Rezvani badges where the raging bull used to reside.

Of course, Rezvani isn’t the first company to imagine a supercar that isn’t afraid of dirt. Lamborghini already built the Huracan Sterrato, Porsche offers the 911 Dakar, and boutique builders like Marc Philipp Gemballa have explored similar territory.

That makes Rezvani’s description of the Dune as an entirely new category of vehicle feel like more marketing than reality. Reservations are now open with a refundable $1,500 deposit, though with production capped at just seven vehicles, most enthusiasts are far more likely to see the Dune in press photos than on an actual trail. Rezvani hasn’t announced pricing, although previous limited-production models have comfortably ventured into six-figure territory before optional extras.
