EU clears Paramount-Warner Bros. merger as regulators worldwide approve deal

The European Union has approved the merger of Paramount and Warner Bros., joining more than a dozen other countries that have already cleared the deal. Antitrust regulators found no significant threat to competition. The combination of the two media giants is now moving closer to completion.
