Nurse whistleblower: Staff silenced by fear in Polish hospitals

Mateusz Sieradzan, a nurse and paramedic known online as Pan Pielęgniarka, has spoken out about systemic problems in Polish hospitals. He describes staff being blacklisted for reporting wrongdoing, patients treated as objects, and workers left without proper tools. Sieradzan says medical staff stay silent out of fear of professional retaliation.
