Volunteer firefighter dies after hornet sting near Włocławek

Volunteer firefighter Mariusz Pietrzak died after being stung by a hornet during a rescue operation in Kurów-Kolonia near Włocławek. Despite efforts to save him, the man could not be resuscitated. His fellow firefighters paid tribute to his kindness and constant readiness to help others.
