Miliband to meet Rubio despite Trump's fury at his Foreign Secretary appointment

British Foreign Secretary David Miliband is set to meet US Secretary of State Marco Rubio despite Donald Trump's public fury over his appointment to the role. Miliband also called for calm in the Iran-US conflict after Trump threatened to bomb and destroy Iranian bridges and power stations.
