Professor Stanisław Gomułka, leading Polish economist and BCC chief economist, dies at 85
Professor Stanisław Gomułka, chief economist of the Business Centre Club (BCC) and one of Poland's most prominent economists, has died at the age of 85. He regularly published economic analyses in the daily newspaper "Rzeczpospolita." He was a respected voice in debates on Polish and European economic policy for decades.
