Philipsen wins Tour de France stage 17, Pogačar keeps yellow jersey

Belgian sprinter Jasper Philipsen won stage 17 of the Tour de France from Chambéry to Voiron (174.7 km) in a bunch sprint. Slovenian leader Tadej Pogačar finished nearly nine minutes behind the stage winner but retained the overall leader's yellow jersey. A Polish rider was among the day's breakaway group.
