Prosecutors Explain Why Dr. Kacprzyk Has Not Yet Been Questioned

Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office spokesman Piotr Antoni Skiba told the Polish Press Agency that questioning Dr. Dawid Kacprzyk as a witness at this stage would reveal to him what evidence prosecutors already hold. The decision is a deliberate tactical move to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation. Kacprzyk has not yet been summoned for questioning.
