Warsaw prosecutors haven't questioned Kacprzyk to avoid revealing their evidence

Warsaw's District Prosecutor's Office has not yet questioned Dawid Kacprzyk, the former SOR coordinator at Szpital Południowy. Spokesman Piotr Antoni Skiba explained that questioning him as a witness at this stage would reveal the full extent of the evidence gathered by investigators. The hearing is being delayed for procedural reasons.
