Prosecution: Birgfellner wrongly believed Kaczyński controlled Srebrna company decisions

Prosecutor Ewa Szeroczyńska has set out in a 63-page document her reasoning for dropping the investigation into the so-called "two towers" case. The central argument is that Gerald Birgfellner held a "subjective mistaken belief" that Jarosław Kaczyński was the decision-maker at the Srebrna company. The justification is set to be published on Wyborcza.pl.
