Rubio and China's foreign minister plan Trump–Xi summit in Washington
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with China's foreign minister and spent most of the meeting planning a Washington summit between President Trump and Xi Jinping. Rubio did not raise Trump's claims of Chinese election interference during the talks. No date or detailed agenda for the summit was announced.
