Arc System Works has revealed how it crafted the distinctive visual style of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls for PS5. The studio drew on Japanese mecha manga and anime — including Gundam and Getter Robo — to reimagine familiar Marvel characters like Iron Man with a fresh, Japanese aesthetic. The approach gives well-known heroes a new spin while keeping them recognisable.
