Court rejects cursed soldier's son's €10m claim against the Polish state

The son of a Polish cursed soldier (żołnierz wyklęty) filed a 10 million złoty compensation claim against the Polish State Treasury. The court dismissed the case. The lawsuit concerned wrongs suffered by the family connected to the fate of the anti-communist underground fighter.
