Mława: drunk 16-year-old on e-scooter with passenger to face juvenile court

Police in Mława stopped a 16-year-old girl riding an electric scooter with a passenger, in violation of traffic regulations. A breath test showed she had nearly 1 per mille of alcohol. The case will be referred to a juvenile court.
