Drunk 16-year-old carried a passenger on an e-scooter in Mława

Police in Mława, Masovian Voivodeship, stopped a 16-year-old girl riding an electric scooter while drunk and carrying a passenger. Officers reported that the teenager behaved irrationally during the check. The case will be referred to the relevant authorities.
