Prof. Yuan: China fills the strategic void left by US retreat

Prof. Shaoyu Yuan of New York University told TVN24+ that the current US administration has made a deliberate philosophical choice in favour of hard power, abandoning strategic capital built over generations. China is doing the opposite, investing in regions where the US is voluntarily stepping back. The political scientist warns this lost influence cannot be quickly recovered, calling the dynamic "the story of America's decline".
