From 5 August, agency to collect doctors' salary data linked to PESEL numbers

A new law requiring the collection of healthcare workers' salary data comes into force on 5 August. The Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System (AOTMiT) will link pay data to individuals' PESEL numbers or professional licence numbers to map the scale of multiple job-holding. The Ministry of Health is due to receive the completed analysis by mid-January, according to AOTMiT president Daniel Rutkowski.
