BuzzFeed Studios and MuVPix to produce 100+ microdramas in two years

BuzzFeed Studios and vertical video firm MuVPix have signed a deal to produce more than 100 microdrama titles over the next two years, using a cross-platform distribution strategy. The first project is Romeo & Juliet, Reimagined, a modern retelling of Shakespeare's classic. The partnership reflects the booming trend of short-form, vertically shot drama content across streaming platforms.
