Hebe launches buy-one-get-one-for-a-penny fragrance offer

Polish drugstore chain Hebe has launched a buy-one-get-one-for-a-penny promotion on selected fragrances. Customers purchasing one eligible perfume can get a second one for just one grosz. The full list of participating products is available in stores and on the Hebe website.
