Samsung redesigned the Galaxy Z Fold 8 with a wider and shorter body than previous Fold models, specifically to suit the hours users spend watching video on their phones. The new proportions place it somewhere between Samsung's Flip and traditional Fold form factors. The device is also lighter than its predecessors.
