Satsuma Shareholders Vote to Sell 668 BTC and Delist from London Stock Exchange

At a general meeting on 20 July, Satsuma Technology PLC shareholders approved selling the company's remaining bitcoin holdings — roughly 668 BTC — and returning the capital to investors, alongside cancelling its listing on the FCA's Official List. Both resolutions passed with over 90% of votes in favour. Satsuma was the UK's second-largest listed bitcoin treasury vehicle, behind only The Smarter Web Company.
