Gen. Drapaty takes command of Ukraine's armed forces, vows offensive push and new tech

General Mykhailo Drapaty officially assumed command of Ukraine's armed forces on Wednesday, succeeding his predecessor following a presidential appointment by Volodymyr Zelensky.
