Polish food safety authority recalls bigos from supermarkets over undeclared gluten
Poland's Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) has recalled certain batches of bigos (meat and sausage stew) sold in major supermarket chains. Inspections found gluten in archived product samples and in the sausage used in production, despite gluten not being declared on the label. People with gluten intolerance or allergy who consume the product risk an allergic reaction.
