Court rejects Kuraś son's claim for 10 million złoty in damages

The District Court in Nowy Sącz on Wednesday dismissed the claim of Zbigniew Kuraś, son of partisan leader Józef Kuraś known as "Ogień." Zbigniew Kuraś had sought 10 million złoty in compensation for wrongs inflicted on his father by the totalitarian system. The court rejected the claim in full.
