Białystok arena: cheapest bid is 485m zloty, above the 430m budget

Three companies have submitted bids to build a sports and entertainment arena in Białystok, with the cheapest offer coming in at 485 million zloty — 55 million above the city's reserved budget of 430 million zloty. Local authorities are reviewing the bids and are counting on a co-financing grant from the Ministry of Sport. Details of the other two offers have not been disclosed.
